Shelly G. Clark, 50, passed away February 22, 2013 in Mesa, Arizona. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from 6-8 PM at Bunker’s Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way in Mesa. Funeral services are Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 10 AM, preceded by a visitation at 9 AM at the LDS Avalon Ward, 2549 N. 32nd Street, also in Mesa.
