Paul Christopher Malatesta

Paul Christopher Malatesta, 59, of Gilbert, Arizona, passed away peacefully at his home on June 25, 2026.

Born on August 23, 1966, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Paul was the beloved son of Paul and Janet Malatesta.

Paul shared 35 wonderful years of marriage with his loving wife, Margaret "Peggy" Malatesta. He was a proud father to his only son, Matt Malatesta, and found great joy in following Matt's baseball career from community college to the Savannah Bananas. He also loved spending Sundays with his daughter-in-law, Morgan Malatesta, enjoying family dinners and her homemade pasta sauce.

Paul dedicated more than 40 years to the office technology industry with Sharp and Xerox, working his way from sales into management. He was a respected leader who mentored and inspired hundreds of colleagues throughout his career.

A former baseball player at Bloomsburg University, Paul remained a lifelong fan of the game and was a devoted Philadelphia sports fan. Above all, he will be remembered for his love of family, his strong work ethic, and the kindness he showed to everyone he met.

A Funeral Mass was held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Berwick, Pennsylvania, where family and friends gathered to celebrate his life.

Paul's memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
