Maryalice Pittman, 85, of Mesa, AZ, passed away on April 28, 2023, peacefully at home with her children. Maryalice was born on April 19, 1938, to Herbert & Lillie Ham in San Diego, CA. After Maryalice graduated from El Cajon Valley High School in 1956, she went on to start her first job as a bank teller where she met her future husband, William (Bill) Pittman. After getting married on July 31, 1960, William and Maryalice went on to have five children, Robin Johnson, Kyle Pittman, Lori Pittman, Craig Pittman, and Carrie McKinnon. While living in AZ., Maryalice worked at the Phoenix Zoo as a Secretary for the Veterinarian. She enjoyed traveling with her sister Willielee researching her family history and genealogy. She also loved taking and organizing pictures into scrapbooks, playing cards, and spending time with family.

Maryalice was predeceased by her parents Herbert and Lillie Ham, her brother and sister-in-law Donald and Jackie Ham, her husband of 45 years William Pittman, and oldest daughter Robin Johnson. Maryalice is survived by her two sisters Bennielee Horton and Willielee Brown and four children Kyle Pittman and wife Theresa, Lori Pittman, Craig Pittman, and Carrie McKinnon, six grandchildren Brandy Johnson and husband Will, Ryan Johnson and wife Jacy, Sierra Crane and husband Will, Tyler Goldsmith, Jon Sloan, Andrea Leon Matos and husband Frank, and five great grandchildren Kirby Repko, Robin Repko, Brigadier Johnson, Bridgette Johnson, and Cruz Crane.

Services will be held at Mesa Cemetery, 1212 N. Center Street, Mesa, AZ., 85201 on May 13 at 11 am. Visitation at Bunkers Family Funeral Home, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa, AZ., 85201 on May 13 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Phoenix Zoo or The National Kidney Foundation.
