Condolences

  • My dearest family,
Although I haven’t seen most of you all for 20 some years except through posts on Facebook, my heart is with you all. Aunt Marlene is a wonderful lady, whom family saw as a strong and family oriented example, especially being the oldest sibling. I give my condolences to all of her children, grand children, great-grand children, and siblings, for the loss of her in your lives. May you all be comforted by the love of our Savior and his plan for each of our lives. We are all connected through the love He provides us, for we are his children and have been given love to connect us with each other. There is no other greater gift than God’s love, for it encompasses all.
    In loving Memory,
Chris (Carter) or other wise known as Christi Engle

I’m so sorry for your loss! I have run into Marlene through the years and felt a friendship with her. I was good friends with Carol and spent many hours in their home .Hopefully l can come to the viewing and watch the funeral on zoom. I send my love to the Carter Family.

  • To the Carter family, sorry for your loss.

  • I’m saddened to hear of her passing. I know she was a good mother and wife.
I grew up with her son Ben and while either him nor I turned out absolutely perfect, out of all my friends Ben’s family is probably the closest and most loving I I know of. Those are the things you learn from your mother…
