Kenneth Robert Taylor, or Bob as he was known by friends and family, passed away peacefully in his home on March 23, 2023, at the age of 85. Bob was born June 30, 1937, in Alhambra, California, the first child of Kenneth Leroy and Martha Green Taylor. He had a happy childhood growing up in California and graduated from Citrus High School in Glendora.

Bob served a two-year mission in Argentina for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Upon completion of his mission, he enrolled at ASU and earned a bachelor’s degree in construction. He later earned his MBA from there as well.

Bob enjoyed his career in construction as a field engineer and project manager for several large construction companies that took him to many states in the U.S. as well as to Brazil. Bob spoke both Spanish and Portuguese.

He and his wife Margie Anne loved dogs and had many special ones throughout the years.

Bob was a kind, gentle man who loved to laugh, write stories, and sing songs. He loved working in the Temple. He loved his beloved wife Margie Anne, his family, and all of his special ward friends and neighbors.

He was preceded in death by his precious Margie Anne and his parents.

He is survived by siblings Kay Claridge, Laurie (Gordon) Haueter, Greg (Shanna) Taylor, and many loving nieces and nephews.

His family wishes to thank the caregivers who took such special care of him in his home during his last years.
