We are saddened by the loss of your father. We all know that life brings tears, smiles and memories. The tears dry, the smiles fade, but the memories last forever.
We hope that you hold those memories close to your heart to help your family cope with this insurmountable loss. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

My Uncle Jorge once asked me about the Parable of the Mustard Seed (Mt 13:31-32). He went further than the obvious meaning. He asked me, what does it mean when the birds of the air come and nest in its branches? At that time I did not give a good answer. I struggled with properly answering this question for many years. Once I understood what he was telling me I should have gone back and told him my answer and how it impacted me in my life, but I never did. I would like to give you that answer now my dear Uncle: If your faith in God and your relationship with God truly grows from a small mustard seed into a large tree, then it blesses and impacts many others around you. The faith you showed me Uncle truly has impacted my life in ways I cannot describe. That little question you asked me has helped me grow in my faith and I hope that I can have the same impact on others the way you have impacted me. I love you very much!
