JoAnn Sue Fletcher (nee Troxel) born June 17, 1933 in Phoenix, AZ to Orville Troxel and Eva (nee Ross) died July 8, 2016 in Phoenix.
During her lifetime, JoAnn worked as a seamstress. She is survived by her son, Christopher, and her daughter, Carrie. Services will be private.
