Jennifer D. Cortez, 47, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2023 in Gilbert, Arizona. Jennifer led a beautiful, love-filled life with her family and friends by her side. Her favorite things to do were travel, sing, dance, garden, and spend time with those she loved. She touched the lives of many both at home and at work.
Jennifer is survived by her father, Mario Cortez, step-mother, Olivia Cortez, brother, Anthony Cortez, step-brothers, Jaime White, Robert White, Richard Torres, husband, Martin Garza, and her children, Charizma Garza, Jeremia Garza, Keyerra Garza, and Milagro Garza.
The funeral service will be held October 12, 2023 at 10 am at the Queen of Peace church, with visitation October 11, 2023 at Bunker’s Garden Chapel; 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa, Arizona 85201 at 6 pm.
