We were college friends in Flagstaff, went on our LDS missions together. He was always a good friend afterwards. Best wishes to family and loved ones.

  • I had the privilege to meet Jeff at NAU. He was younger than I but a genuine friendship developed. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was very intelligent. Yes, he always beat me on the basketball court but it was great just to play some bball. Thanks for making us laugh and for your strong faith. I’ll miss you my friend. Till we meet again.

I knew Jeff when we were just kids in elementary school and jr. high. He was so funny and just a good person to be around. I moved away before our freshman year of high school. It has been such a long time since I’ve seen him. When I heard the news my heart ached. Love and prayers to your family. Hoping he finds peace in his heavenly home.

  • Our families have been such close and dear friends for so many years. Jeff and our daughter, Melanie, have been great friends to each other for so long as well. I have so many wonderful memories of Jeff and his enthusiasm and love for life. Jeff was loved by so many, and will be missed by all. We love you all and have you in our deepest thoughts and prayers!!

  • I’m heartbroken to hear the news about my dear friend. Jeff was such a great person and an even better friend. He was always there for me to talk to when I was struggling with life. Jeff always made people smile. I know he is in the loving arms of his Heavenly Father. My prayers are with his family. I hope you know how much Jeff meant to me.

  • Don and Joanna,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. May your blessed son rest in peace.

  • I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to all of Jeff’s family. Death is the hardest thing we have to deal with in life. I know my words can’t change anything and can do little to ease the pain you are feeling, so I pray that the God of comfort calm your hearts and help you heal. (2 Thessalonians 2:16,17) One way that God comforts us today is by moving people who care about us to give us words of encouragement that we need to hear. • Heartbroken at the news. Jeff was a dear friend and student while attending NAU. He was frequently in our home and always welcome. Love and best wishes to his family and friends. Our lives will forever blessed by having known and loved Jeff.

Jeff and I were in school together in 2015. He was a good friend and we spoke on the phone from time to time after that school year about our professional aspirations. I remember once he took me on a drive up into the mountains when we were both stressed out with school. It was a beautiful drive and we just enjoyed the scenery. I learned a lot from him and especially by his example of kindness. I think of him often and look forward to the day to meet him again!
