Hazel I. Zane (89) of Mesa, AZ, passed away on June 6, 2019 after a battle with cancer.
Hazel was born in West Frankfort, Illinois, the daughter of Mildred (Grammer) Fletcher and Bert Raleigh Fletcher. After many years of dedicated work in Connersville, Indiana, she moved to Arizona to be closer to some of her family. She enjoyed her time at Fellowship Square and had many friends there. The family is grateful for the care she received through Brookdale Hospice.
Hazel is survived by three sons: Brett Steiner (Mary), Gregg Steiner, and Phillip Zane, along with many grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her sons Ronald Grandlienard, and Glen Steiner.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in her name to Brookdale Hospice. Graveside service will be held Monday 17th, 2019 at 11am, at Mesa Cemetery 1212 N. Center Street, Mesa, AZ 85201. Arrangements by Bunker’s Garden Chapel.
