Donna Beth Cook

Mrs. Donna Beth Cook, born on September 5, 1941 in Hyannis, Massachusetts, to the late Margaret Francis Gidley and the late Herman Lawrence Hadfield, passed away at age 84 on April 8, 2026 in Mesa, Arizona. Donna was married to the late Oscar Ervin Cook. She was preceded in death by her brother, Lawrence Hadfield. Donna is survived by her daughters, Lisa Cook, Karen (Luis) Rivera, and Lynette (Michael) Yakerson; sister, Barbara (Robert) Childs. She has 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Friends and family can pay their respects at the viewing on Saturday, April 18 at 10:00 a.m. A funeral service will follow on Saturday, April 18 at 11:00 a.m. at the LDS Church Building, 933 E. Brown Road, Mesa, Arizona, 85203 followed by burial at Mesa City Cemetery.
