Derek James Allen, 39, of Mesa, Arizona passed away March 10, 2014 in Mesa. Visitation will be Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 9 AM, at the LDS Park Crest Ward, 3920 E. Brown Road, Mesa, AZ. Funeral services will follow at 10 AM at the same location. Arrangements by Bunker’s Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa, AZ.
