We were deeply moved when we heard of Daryle’s passing, Brenda. Our love to you & to your family. Daryle was such a good, gentle man. He still is. How grateful we are for the peace & comforting influence of the Spirit, for our testimony of the resurrection, & for the binding power of Temples. He’s not gone, he’s just away – & the veil can be thin. We will be there next wk.

  • Howard and Carol Gale

Since hearing about Daryle’s sudden passing, we were so sad and at the same time, a flood of great memories went through my mind. Especially back to the days in the Chandler First Ward, when Lyle Riggs was the Bishop and I was the Priest Quorum Adviser to Daryle and other fine young men like him. What a special time to be with such great kids like him and he will surely be missed.
We send out love and condolences to the entire family.

  • My dearest Brenda and family, there is no way I can understand what you are going through, as Daryle was not my husband or father. What I DO understand is the sting that death imposes upon those of us left behind. I am happy for Daryle for making his transition. As good of a man as he was, there is little doubt about his destination. But, it is a painful process for those of us who need to wait around until we make the same journey, and can finally reunite with our loved ones. Keep your eyes, ears and heart open, as I know that Daryle will make his presence known to you. He’s probably kicking back with Malinda laughing at the times we spent together eating Mexican food, going to shows or congregating in your kitchen and back yard at Thanksgiving as Daryle deep-fried the turkey. Don’t let the good times stop. He will be there in spirit … literally. I love you, Brenda and family, and you are in my thoughts and prayers as the healing process begins. As I have quoted so many times, “Grief is the price we pay for love.”

  • Bobby and Darlene Noel

Daryle was one of the best competitors I have ever known. He was always willing to tackle the biggest and toughest challenges facing him. I had a great time coaching him and his cousin Ron at Chandler High School. Our Thanksgiving turkey bowl games were the highlight of our times together with the Ethington and Noel families. Our prayers are with all of his family at this time.

  • Harold and Carol Davis and Ken Davis

We were so sorry to hear about the sudden passing of Daryle. The Davis family is going to miss the services because of prior commitments that can’t be changed. Our prayers, love and hugs come to your family. Peace always comes when we remember our Heavenly Father’s plan and know the separation is short.

  • Mark Ethington

Brenda and family: On behalf of the John R. Ethington, Sr., family i would like to extend our condolences and best wishes to you and your family at this time of parting. We hope and pray that your knowledge and testimony of the Savior’s atonement and resurrection will bring comfort, and hope that you will be reunited with Daryle in the eternities. He was always a good cousin to me. I have fond memories of watching him play softball. I would like to come to the funeral, but will be unable to do so.

  • Naji Nassereddine
