This honorable, talented, wise man will be missed by our family. It is a pleasure to know him. We appreciate his goodness, to us, his kindness to us,and very much enjoy his poetry. He taught our son, Mason, how to care for his lovely yard and slipped in sage words of advice for life every time he checked over the work. I love that he played cribbage with me Dad and won the games just over a week before he died. Everyone should remember his blessed sharp mind and loving heart until his death. Our family is praying for the Brooksby family.

I grew up in the best neighborhood in the world and the Brooksby family was a big part of that! We were always welcomed to the Brooksby home with hugs and warm handshakes. Heaven is so much sweeter now but we will sure miss Carl here on earth.

My condolences to the family of Carl Brooksby. I served on the Arizona State Board of Accountancy with Carl many years ago. He was a leader in the profession and a man with principles.

I would like add to Steve Brown’s condolence that the Brooksby family were also like a second family to me.
To realize how fortunate we were to always be welcome at their home was something that has always stayed with me and been deeply valued over these many years.
Carl was a very special man who leaves behind a wonderful, extensive family, but also many others like me that remember his kindness.
I send my thoughts, prayers and much love to the family.
