Kelsie Randall Hugo passed away on February 3, 2022 at the age of 35.

Kelsie was born on August 10, 1986 in Chandler, Arizona to Witt and Julie Randall. She grew up in Chino Valley Arizona and Gilbert Arizona and attended Highland High School. Kelsie graduated from cosmetology school and later went on to become a Registered Nurse.

Kelsie was always very generous and giving with a heart full of love. She loved to spend time with her family and her favorite thing to do was spend time with her nieces and nephews that she adored. She also loved her dog, Diesel, who she had for fourteen years. Kelsie met her husband Bob in 2012. They formed an inseparable bond and everyone could see the unwavering love they had for one another.

Kelsie is survived by her loving parents along with her siblings and stepchildren.

Kelsie is reunited with her loving husband Bob who passed away six months ago from cancer.

A viewing/visitation will be held Friday February 18 from 5-8 PM at the LDS church building at 2700 E. Guadalupe Rd. Gilbert, AZ 85234.

Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held Saturday February 19 at 10 AM at the same location.
