Bill was one of the nicest people I ever knew. He surely was the best estimator that ever worked for me; but, his knowledge of electric systems made me believe that I should be working for him. See you old friend.

  • Christine Wiestling

My sincere sympathy to Bill’s family. I was surprised there was no mention of Bill’s career at APS. I worked with Bill for several years at APS, and was always impressed by his helpful attitude. He was always a true gentleman. Rest in Peace Bill.

Thank you Christine, we were limited with what we could say on this post. His daughter and son both work for APS and we have mentioned it on the obit. brochure at the funeral.

  • Aunt Da. (Vera Watson)

My memories of Bill go way back to when I babysat Dick and Bill. In later years he always had a twinkle in his eye and a grin on his face as he greeted me with “Aunt Daaa”. My memories are good ones of the times we spent with the Wheeler family. The Watson family’s sympathy is extended to Bill’s family. We know he is now at peace.

  • BRYAN E DU VALL

I spent little time with Bill Sr. but I have been blessed to know his youngest son Kenny (John) as one of the greatest leaders of Norcimbus and a generous man with a realist personality. If it were not for Bill Sr. I may never have had the opportunity to work under and for Kenny. Furthermore, I am truly blessed to also know Bill Sr’s youngest Son William R. Wheeler. Bill Jr is the closest Sr. friend in my life and a true brother in the Lord Jesus Christ. I have had the honor to work with Bill for 15 years and counting. Nothing has torn our everlasting friendship apart, not even having to work in different departments now at work. I thank God for the opportunity to know these two great men and it would never have been possible without their father. Rest in peace Bill Sr. your part in bringing these fine men into this world is priceless. From my family to yours, we extend our sincerest sympathy and loving thoughts to you and yours.

  • To the Wheeler family, I’m very sorry for your loss. It’s my hope that you can draw comfort and strength from Jehovah God’s promises in the Bible. Revelation 21:4 and John 5:28,29 show that soon there will be no more sickness, or death, and we can see the loved ones we have lost in death again. May these thoughts bring you hope as you cherish the memories of your loved one.
