Ottis Ray Pope

Ottis Ray Pope, born February 8, 1937 in Silver City, NM to John G. Pope and Florence Howell, was called home Friday April 12, 2013 in Mesa, AZ. He is survived by Gloria, his wife of 38 years, 9 children, 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. An aircraft machinist for 35 years, he enjoyed reading, writing, photography, painting, gardening and freecell. Visitation will be Wed. April 17 from 6-8 PM at Bunker’s Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa, AZ. Funeral services will be Thurs. April 18 at 11 AM with the family visitation from 10-10:40 at the L.D.S. Church, 422 E. University Drive, Mesa, AZ 85203. Interment will be in the City of Mesa Cemetery. Arrangements by Bunker’s Garden Chapel.
