My condolences to the Randall family. As one of the many factory reps that called on the dealership, I always appreciated the kindness and consideration Grant showed us field guys. He always went out of his way to help us out. I enjoyed hearing his ideas and he’s the only dealer I knew, whose memo pad was graph paper. He was always designing something new and he was innovative before it was cool. I’m happy to see that he lived a long life and I’m sure he enjoyed the heck out of those 69 grand kids. I’d say RIP but he’s probably redesigning the pearly gates or teaching the angels how to race in the desert. My prayers for his big family and best wishes.

  • Last Uncle for me. Never got to know him very well but always loved his smiling face. As a child I could always feel that he was a nice uncle. Aunt Martha and uncle Grant always opened their heart and home to us. Our heart felt love goes out to you and the entire family. Aunt Martha we love you dearly and know that you will be with him again some day.

    • My condolences to the Randall family. As another former factory rep that called on the Randall dealership, I will always remember Grant as a big hearted guy who loved his family and his desert racing. May God bless

  • I never knew Melvin but he is laid to rest right next to my daughter, Whitney Smith. I hope he and Whitney are now great friends and I hope his family and our family may cross paths at the cemetery some day soon. Maybe he’s taking her racing? She would love that.
