Lisa Marlene Nielsen, born in Chandler, AZ on October 21, 1963, passed away January 23, 2010 after a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her father Tom W. Collins, maternal grandparents Rulon and Gertie Judd, and paternal grandmother Edna Collins.
