What a LADY! I knew Lana all my High School years but it wasn’t until 1966 that I really got to know her. She and I were roommates in an Apartment on Dana Ave there in Mesa. I was attending MCC and Lana was working at Motorola. We had more fun going places in her little English Ford ( it had a shimming problem)! She was a great person to be around and I was very comfortable with her. I’m so happy she found you, Terry, she certainly deserved a good man!

Terry & Family, our prayers are with you. We will always remember how much fun we had in the singles, “stump” ward, and Lana was a big reason we had such a good time. We will all miss her. With love, Darrell and Connie

My heart is heavy as we say “See you later” to a lovely, fun, vibrant woman. I spent many happy activities with Lana in the Harmony Ward and love her! My family has fond memories of donuts and a cozy fire in front of their house. As I was reading the obituary I got to the end and misread it to say; “graveside service and ENTERTAINMENT”. I had a chuckle and then looked twice to read it correctly, but I really got a giggle out of it. It’s just like her to have some “entertainment” at her funeral! Lana will always hold a special place in our hearts. Until we meet again! Dale, Bekki, Dallin and Maura

The Grover Family sends our condolences to the Tucker Family. We all love you. Lana was such a great lady. We all enjoyed being around her. She had such a great sense of humor. How lucky we all were to be in the 45th Ward together and raise our families around such great neighbors and friends like the Tuckers. What a fighter Lana was these past years. Lana is a great example to all of us and we love her dearly. Terry even though you are a Wildcat I love you like a brother. You are a great guy and I pray that the Lord will help you and your family at this time of such a great loss.

  • I express my sincere sympathy in the loss of your sweet mom/grandma/wife. Lana broke the mold and there will never be another like her. I loved her quick wit and great sense of fun and humor. She made every event more joyful, happy, and fun, and yet you could talk to her about serious things and she was full of wisdom. I was so blessed to be her friend for 32 years. She will be forever in our hearts.
