Condolences

  • He was a kind man and a good doctor. I remember him from the Southside Clinic on South MacDonald and 1st Avenue, where my children were born.

  • Dr Leavitt was an important part of our family. He was not only Dr. (took out my tonsils) but he was a friend of our family. He was part of a vanishing generation of doctors who knew their patients and was willing to go above and beyond. He has left a large footprint on the greater Mesa community.

    Rest in peace Bro. Leavitt

  • To the Family:
Uncle Allen has always been a wonderful example to us. Our prayers are with all of you.

We would like to send our condolences for such a great person. Dr. Leavitt is a wonderful man who cared for our family and delivered all of us (6 boys and 2 girls). He will always be remembered for his kind heart, love, and care for his patients, regardless of who they were whether they had money or not. I remember the home visits he would make to care for my sick Nana. We all love him for that and everything he did for the family. I am sad to say that I just found out of his passing and wish the family could have been there for him as he was for us. Our prayers go out to all family members. Please Carry out the same love and care as he did.
