Johnny Tapia Jr. passed away peacefully on February 16, 2017 in Mesa, Arizona. Johnny was born to Juan and Josefa Tapia in Mesa, Arizona in 1961.
Johnny lived a happy life filled with family and friends. Johnny enjoyed going to the Renaissance festival, movies, and playing cards.
He is survived by his father, Juan De dios Tapia and three sisters Lupe Chavez, Terry Vanzzini, and Josie Tapia. He had a loving and generous heart and will be missed by all.
A visitation will be held Friday, February 24, 2017 from 6 PM to 8 PM, with a Rosary at 7 PM, at Bunker’s Garden Chapel located at 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa, Arizona. On Friday, March 3, 2017 at 10 AM, a mass for his cremation will be held at Queen of Peace Catholic Church located at 141 North Macdonald, Mesa, Arizona 85201.
Rest in peace my loving cousin I’ll always remember the fun we all had when we’re kids playing and having fun at nana’s house. You are now in heaven with God and all the family that’s waiting for you with open arm’s no fear of pain that will no longer hurt you. Mostly all the love that you will have always. And to my Uncle Juan and to my cousins Lupe, Terry, and Josie my prayers for you to be strong and love you have for each other. My love and my heart goes out to you always .
