Condolences

  • Annette Olmstead McAlpin

My sincere condolences to the Rogers family on the loss of their beloved father, grandpa and great grandpa. He was a good man, friend, father, grandpa & great grandpa. He was always willing to help a person in need of help. I know his family will miss him. But, keep in mind he is in a much better place and in no pain. His mission on Earth was completed too early and God called him home. His new mission is to watch over his family until you are all reunited. He will be forever in your hearts, every tear you shed, every smile you smile and every laugh you laugh will be James. Just close your eyes and he is there. When you have that warm fuzzy feeling for no reason it is James hugging you letting you know that everything is going to be alright. Prayers are being sent to your family from my family.

  • So sorry for your loss. I feel so fortunate to get to have known him and spend time with him. Wish we could be there. We will be thinking of you all during this difficult time. Love and prayers..love you Jr.

  • My sincere condolences to my Cousin’s and their family. I will always cherish my child hood memories of my Uncle Jim and his motorcycle. We The Hurley family was lucky enough to have him as our uncle. I will be praying for the Rogers family. Love you Uncle Jim. God Bless

    • Hi Bonnie,

  • Beverley Mae Finn Branham

I just found this as I was looking for my cousin Jr. I am the daughter of Raymond and Naomi (Hurley) Finn. Is his mothers name Myrtle?? Thank you

  • To the Rogers family, I’m very sorry for your loss. It’s my hope that you can draw comfort and strength from Jehovah God’s promises in the Bible. Revelation 21:4 and John 5:28,29 show that there will soon be a time when there will be no more pain, sickness, or death, and we will see the loved ones we have lost again. Please accept my deepest condolences.
