Jack Anthony Lee, Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather, age 74, passed away peacefully at his home in Mesa, Arizona with loving family surrounding him on August 26th, 2016.

He was born February 21, 1942 in Gallup, New Mexico to Vernon and Mary Lee and was brother to the late DeWitt and Gloria. Jack married his sweetheart Kathryn “Katy” Flake Lee on January 24, 1970 in the Mesa, Arizona Temple and led a very full life filled with family and friends. He had various interests and many talents such as being a private pilot while owning several airplanes throughout his lifetime, model building, making wax figures for his wax museum, making motion pictures and TV shows for his business, gun sports, reading, and anything that brought him knowledge. Jack completed 11 years of college and earned two doctorates in the medical field and was a psychiatrist, movie/TV business owner, and owner of a wax museum. The accomplishments he was most proud of in life were being a husband, a father, a grandfather and a great-grandfather.

Jack leaves, to cherish his sweet memory, his wife, Kathryn “Katy” Flake Lee; his 3 children, Robyn Michelle Link, Andrea Danyelle Montierth (spouse Clifford Melvin Montierth), and Trevor Anthony Lee; his grandchildren, Brigitte Michelle Dornay (spouse: Zoltan Januarius Mária Dornay), Ashlee Marie Rivera (spouse: Philip Luis Rivera), Zackaree Michael Montierth (Cearsti Beatrice Skillings), Tanner Patrick Depert, Madison Danyelle Montierth, Connor William Link, Hayden Ty Montierth, Navie Leigh Montierth, and Ian Clifford Montierth; and great-grandchildren, Jack Zoltan Dornay, Miley Adryan Wilson, Scarlett Mercer Dornay, Zev Caius Dornay, Mason Clifford Montierth, and Stavros Peter Dornay.

Visitation will be Friday, September 2, 2016 from 6-8 pm at Bunker’s University Chapel, 3529 E. University Dr., Mesa, Arizona. Funeral services will be Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 9 AM, with visitation at 8 AM, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1451 W. Guadalupe Road, Gilbert, Arizona 85233.

Burial will be the same day at 4 PM at the Snowflake Cemetery, Snowflake, Arizona.
