Condolences

  • Rebecca and Scott, I am so very sorry to know that Scott’s dad has died so prematurely. I can see that he was a very active, loving, wonderful man. My prayers are with all of you. Ann (OA)

Once again I join many in sending love and prayers to you, Diane, and your family. We grew up together and had an even closer relationship because his grandfather and my grandmother were Martineau cousins. That relationship grew even more when we served in the same mission in Argentina. I will miss his warm smiles, abrazos and recuerdos of Argentina. Gone too soon, but I can totally understand Heavenly Father’s need of him in the great work on the other side.

Diane, I am new to ACA and met you briefly in Tempe a few weeks ago. I knew you and your family were special simply by being in your presence. Your spirit shines bright! My prayers and thoughts go out to you and your family.

  • Daniel Bergher

Glenn, I only met you once. However, I know that you had enough wisdom to marry an amazing woman and stay married to her for almost 40 years. That in itself was a wonderful decision. The fact that she loves you so much and calls you her soulmate tells me you had a whole lot of wonderful qualities, and that it would have been a privilege to get to know you better. Rest in peace.

  • Diane, I was up at girl’s camp when I heard this sad news. I am so sorry. I have been a widow for 18 years. Not easy, but family has helped fill some of the void… I’m sure your children and grandchildren will be there for you as you are for them. I send heart felt condolences. Barb Wilkins

  • I am truly sorry to hear of your loss. My heart goes out to you Diane and your whole family during this time. May your happy memories and the love of family and friends bring you some comfort and strength during these difficult days.

  • I am so sorry for your tremendous loss. Find comfort in the moments shared throughout your lives together that made lasting memories, and love that stays within our hearts for our lifetime, and beyond.

  • To Mr. Mangum’s family, I’m very sorry for your loss. I wanted to offer you some comfort that I’ve found in the Bible. In John 11:25 Jesus said “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life.” It’s my hope that you can draw comfort and strength from this promise that we can see our dead loved ones again.
