I didn’t know Denny but I grew up with his older siblings, Larry, Gene, and Lorna. The Ence family was well respected in our little home town of Saratoga, Wyoming. Larry and Gene were extraordinary athletes and, likely, Denny was as well. I’m sorry I didn’t get to know him.

  • I looked forward every year for his birthday wish, we shared the same day. Beverly and family my heart goes out to you for your loss. My prayers are with you.

  • To the Ence family, I’m very sorry for your loss. I wanted to offer you some comfort that I’ve found in the Bible. In John 11:25 Jesus said “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life.” It’s my hope that you can draw comfort and strength from this promise that we can see the loved ones we have lost again. (Acts 24:15)
