We cherish the time we spent serving side by side with Andrew and Christine in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You have been such a great example to us. We will miss the association with Christine for now in this life, but will strive to live as she has so we can return to be with our Heavenly Father and associate again with her. We love you, Andrew and children. You are a great family! Our thoughts and prayers are with you and we know our Savior is there to comfort you as you go on through this life serving Him and loving your fellow men. Hold fast to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

  • I had the privilege of knowing Christine through her brother, Mike, as we are business partners. I was able to see her on occasion when she worked as Mike’s secretary at his office over the past few years. I also recently met with her husband, Andrew. I can attest to the great people that they are and the example that they set. Christine will be missed greatly but the example that she set will forever influence her family, friends and acquaintances. My prayers are with Andrew and the kids as well as the extended family.

  • I send my sincere sympathy to the McLaws family. My heart goes out to each of you. Christine’s example will live on through all of you, her family. I can testify to you that the veil is very thin and you will continue to feel her love. May the Lord pure out his blessing on you and you will feel the Saviors love for each of you. My prayers are for peace and comfort for the family.

  • I have had the humble privilage on knowing Christine since the 36th Ward, and I honestly can’t imagine of where I would be without her consults “You sure that’s a good idea?” Always thinking of others, in the service of others. Thank you Christine from the bottom of my heart. This world will not be the same without you. My family’s prayers go out to her family.

My first time at the Hampton ward Christine was the first person that came and said hello. ..I instantly knew she was an amazing person. I was so happy to become visiting teaching partners with her because it was my chance to get to know her even better. I was so happy that I was able to see her this past October because I was able to see how much love she had for her granddaughter. I was so shocked by the news of her passing but comforted to know that she is with her Heavenly Father and her brother Jesus Christ. ..until we meet again…

For those of you whose lives are most empty from Christine’s absence…her dear husband, children, parents, and siblings and best friends….I pray that God will give you strength and peace.
I want to share some of my thoughts about Christine, my sweet cousin. Christine was absolutely gorgeous, but she was a million times more beautiful on the inside! This is not an exaggeration…this amazing woman’s inner light radiated so brightly that to be near her was to feel close to God. I always felt loved by Christine…so sincerely loved and appreciated! She had the gift of charity, to share Christ-like love to all around her. I feel so blessed to have known her! Christine’s loyalty to God, to her husband and children, parents, siblings, and other family and friends was unshakable. She loved to serve and help any in need, and I have no doubt she is continuing her service with her beautiful smile to all she meets up in heaven. I am so thankful for my knowledge that there is life after death…that there is so much for us to look forward to after our painful/joyful lives on this earth. This does not mean that my heart does not ache from losing Christine…it hurts so much! But I am so thankful for my hope that I will see her again, and all my precious family. I am eternally grateful to my Savior Jesus Christ who made it possible for me to be together forever with my family! My heart rejoices in Him, for without this hope, I would be in darkness forever. So, today, though I still cry from sadness, I rejoice in the opportunity to live a worthy life, so I can join Christine someday in a happy reunion! I love you, dear Cousin! Forever and ever!

  • I worked with Christine and became very close to her. Her values and her family were everything. She is one of those people I thought of and will continue to think of often as I raise my growing family. She was so funny and out going and had a laugh that was completely contagious. I am so blessed to have known someone like her. I am going to miss her dearly. She will remain in my heart forever. I love you Christine!

Christine was such an amazingly pure and loving person who was always an example to others and loved you without judgements. She loved me and was there for me when I was young and lost and will always be a part of my life and remembered for the kind hearted angel she truly was. My condolences go out to her beautiful family in this sad time. You are so blessed to see her again…..

My deepest love and sympathies to the Klein and Andrews families. You are loved and cared about. Losing a child, spouse and mother is so difficult as I have learned. May peace be found for you in your testimonies of the gospel and through the love of your Savior and friends.

  • Scott and Andrea Shelton Family

Our son, Christopher was so lucky to meet Trevor, Porter, and Brady when he started at Mesa High. Your family welcomed him in and he enjoyed spending lots of time at the McLaws home, blessed by Christine, Andrew, and the whole family. Brady, Porter, and Trevor would pick Christopher up and take him to the temple with them. What great boys Christine and Andrew have raised!! We love your family, and are so very sad that Christine was called home so early. We are mourning with you and praying for your peace and comfort! Please accept our deepest condolences. Love, The Sheltons

Christine, as beautiful on the inside as on the outside, will be missed. We have wonderful memories and look forward to meeting her again when we too have moved on. She set an example of choosing the right. Anyone who had the privilege of knowing and serving with her learned much. The hymn”Each life that touches ours for good” comes to my mind when I think of Christine. We are thinking of her family at this time and our prayers are with them that they will feel the comfort and love she would have them feel. I am sure that when she met the Savior, he said “well done, Christine.”

  • Mike and Jan Lindholm

Christine’s steady soul and drive for life was so remarkable. Good and stalwart in her faith and actions, Christine was an incredible example for all. We will miss seeing her walking briskly though the neighborhood or getting in a few laps on a bike. Always wearing a beautiful bright smile to share. Blessings to your family in this time of trial. Hold fast to cherished memories and to each other.
