Alice I. (Jeanie) Boyd

Jeanie (Alice I.) Boyd, 92, passed away June 2, 2009 in Mesa, AZ. She was born July 23, 1916 in Dexter, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband John H. Boyd, a son Michael G. Boyd and two great-granddaughters McKenna Van Schooten and Jeanie Munoz. She is survived by her children Steven J. Boyd and Vicki S. Long, grandchildren Jaine Larson, Julie Munoz, Erin Harvey, Clancy Van Schooten, Megan Moneypenney, Shannon Morrison, and Tyler Long, 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be Friday, June 5, 2009 from 7 – 9 PM at Bunker’s University Chapel, 3529 E. University Dr., Mesa, AZ 85213. Funeral services are Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Mesa Church of Christ, 1223 E. Dana Ave., Mesa, AZ 85204. She will be laid to rest at Mountain View Cemetery.
